How to drink Santuario
Appreciate the qualities of Santuario Gin with a neutral tonic water (not too sweet nor too bitter) or enjoy preparing a more complex cocktail.
- 50 ml of Santuario Gin
- 150 ml of “Acqua Brillante”
- ice
- 1 lime zest (alternatively 2 cucumber slices or a slice of lemon))
Fill a balloon (or highball) glass with ice, add Santuario gin, tonic water and garnish with a lime zest or two slices of cucumber.
This legendary cocktail is the ultimate test for every gin!
- 3/4 of Santuario Gin
- 1/4 of dry Vermouth
Over time many variations have developed: there are those who only dirty the ice with a thread of vermouth, as in the case of the Hemingway Martini, those who want it sweeter or those who put the olive in it. Updated versions of a timeless classic
- 4,5 cl of Santuario Gin
- 3 cl of fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl of sugar syrup
- 8 cl of soda
Squeeze the juice of a lemon, strain it and put it in the shaker with ice, gin and sugar syrup.
Shake for 12 seconds and pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Add the soda and decorate with a slice of lemon.
As with the Gin Tonic, gin is fundamental in this cocktail and requires a distillate of the highest quality, since the only ingredients are lemon and sugar. Santuario gin is one of the most balanced gins and deserves to be present in every Gin Fizz you prepare.
